Baby bridge- lie flat on a mat and ensure that your knees are bent and your feet are flat on the floor.Sit your baby on your pelvic area as you support him or her with both arms.lift your hips to the ground and only get as high as you can without hurting yourself ..make sure you squeeze in your butt muscles.
